Engagement
All work is governed by the individual engagement letter signed before kickoff. The engagement letter takes precedence over anything on this page.
Payment
Retainers are billed monthly in advance. Project work is billed 50/50 (kickoff/delivery) unless otherwise stated.
Termination
Either side may terminate a retainer with 30 days written notice after the initial 90-day commitment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
